| Area C is the first board-shaped project of
Rong Qiao Jinjiang Garden. It covers more than
46,000 M2 land area. The total floor area amounts
to 120,988 M2. There are 8 board-shaped apartment
buildings. They are all buildings of 11 storeys
except No.2 building. In order to maximize the
river view for the windows of the buildings, our
designers , taking direction, landscape, dimensions
into consideration, lay out the buildings in curve
shape instead of traditional straight-line shape

with which 60% apartments could have a beautiful
river view.
The landscape of Area C is designed by world famous
company BELT COLLINS HONGKONG. With the low 1.92 density
(floor area to land area) ratio and greening coverage
ratio as high as 47.8%, our designers focus on "natural
relaxation", trying to create a kind of natural
ecological environment. By taking advantage of the natural
elevation difference between Jiangbin Road and Area
C, our designers create the spacious garage for each
apartment owner. The hot spring comes from the Shuanglong
and Guangming villages in Minghou County with the original
temperature up to 76℃. The hot spring is rich in bias
silicic acid, radon and many trace elements such as
strontium, lithium of which the density is almost close
to have medical effect. The drinking water of high quality
is available in each kitchen.
