Absorbing the advanced experience of foreign transnational corporations, the Department of Human Resources of Rong Qiao Group makes efforts in the introduction of modernized management model of human resources, and in the establishment of "Macro point-view of human resources" of Rong Qiao. "Macro point-view of human resources" of Rong Qiao includes two parts: " The core management of human resources" and "The environmental management of human resources". We have taken enterprise organizational planning, human resource planning, hiring of employee, performance examination, payroll and welfare control, training of employee, and personnel adjustment as the contents of "the core management of human resources". And "the environmental management of human resources" includes physical environmental management and human environmental management. The purpose is to create a positive and warm atmosphere of Rong Qiao Group as far as possible, in this way to bring into full play the abilities of staff members.
