makes efforts in the introduction of modernized management
model of human resources, and in the establishment of

Qiao. "Macro point-view of human resources"
of Rong Qiao includes two parts: " The core management
of human resources" and "The environmental
management of human resources". We have taken enterprise
organizational planning, human resource planning, hiring
of employee, performance examination, payroll and welfare
control, training of employee, and personnel adjustment
as the contents of "the core management of human
resources". And "the environmental management
of human resources" includes physical environmental
management and human environmental management. The purpose
